Food Pantry Support Ministry
Our 8th Grade class has led the way on this one! They are helping carry the food over that has been collected in the Church each Sunday and are labeling and putting out grocery bags to encourage us to buy items for the Food Pantry.
The parishioners who operate the Food Pantry are very dedicated individuals who give many hours sorting food, stocking the pantry and distributing food.
As a parish we need to step up more to support them. This "New" ministry will seek to find ways to provide both goods and financial support to the Food Pantry.
