Spirituality and Worship Commission
The liturgy is the source and summit of Catholic Christian life. The mission and purpose of this commission is the development of liturgical and devotional celebrations that call the entire community to "FULL, CONSCIOUS AND ACTIVE PARTICIPATION" in the heart of the liturgy: the paschal mystery of Jesus Christ.
This Commission, with the Pastor, plans church year events. They include Christmas Children's Mass, and decorating the Church for liturgical seasons. The Commission seeks to implement the vision of Vatican II of Full, Active Participation in the liturgy by all of the faithful. Additionally, the Commission looks to nourish the Spiritual Life of the parish. This has been done through days of reflection, parish missions and promotion of devotions.
